hunting in Namibia: true wilderness
safaris
Our hunting areas
Hunting according to fair chase principles is very important
to us. We therefore DO NOT hunt in game-fenced areas, nor will
we hunt game, that does not occur naturally in Namibia.
In order to ensure an exciting and rewarding hunt,
you will stalk your game with your PH and a native tracker.
Should your stalking on warthog prove to be
not successful, you can also make use of a blind
to get a better chance on these species. All other game animals
are however stalked.
Currently, the area of our hunting concessions is about
4 400km². The hunting grounds stretch from the
edge of the Omaheke to the thick thornbush
in the north and then westwards, right into the western
escarpement, up to the frontier of the Skeleton
Coast Park.
Our area is huge enough, we
don’t need to hunt game, that is fenced in. We have
enough space to hunt the free- roaming game,
which made our country so famous.
Ranch area: Antelopes
and Warthog in the eastern parts of Namibia
as well as Cape Eland up in the north.
Open concession area:
Real wilderness hunts on antelopes
and Mountain Zebra in north-west Namibia. |
