Our conditions
TYPE OF HUNTING & AREAS TO HUNT
We will gladly assist you to decide on the type of hunting and
the areas to hunt on according to your preferences. Please consult
our offices in this regard.
BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
A payment of € 500.- will confirm your booking.
After the payment is made, your booking is fixed and you will
receive a booking conformation from our offices. This payment
is only refundable, if the booking is cancelled 90 days prior
the start of the safari.
PAYMENT MODES
The balance of the outstanding invoice amount is payable at
the end of the last hunting day. Please note, that the total
amount has to be settled either in cash or by travaller’s
cheques.
You can make your payment either in Euro or in US$, subject
to the current € / US$ exchange rate.
Please note: No personal cheques or credit cards will
be accepted as payment!
WOUNDED GAME
All game wounded is considered to be taken
and will be charged accordingly.
NAMIBIA SIGHTSEEING TOUR
After your booking is finalized, we can assist you in planning
of your sightseeing tour through our country.
